Inspired by the brand’s most emblematic models from the 1980s and early ’90s, this new line pays tribute to timeless design and expert craftsmanship. By blending historical elements with modern sophistication, the collection reaffirms the Maison’s commitment to artistry, innovation, and family values.

The name Toccata itself evokes the world of classical music — a virtuosic composition that requires precision, fluidity, and expression. Derived from the Italian toccare (“to touch”), it reflects both technical mastery and emotional resonance — much like fine watchmaking. At RAYMOND WEIL, long inspired by music, the Toccata line embraces this shared language of rhythm, balance, and touch. Every element mirrors the cadence of a musical composition: structured and soulful.

At its core, the collection features a distinctive oval case with signature lugs — a design rooted in RAYMOND WEIL’s archives. The new Toccata Heritage Mechanical Silver Monochrome unites historical reverence with contemporary refinement, reflecting RAYMOND WEIL’s enduring pursuit of excellence.

A standout feature is the redesigned lugs—shorter, thinner, and elegantly polished—echoing the brand’s iconic oval timepieces while enhancing modern comfort. A newly styled crown with a refined monogram complements this evolution, subtly nodding to the Maison’s horological roots.

The watch is fitted with a genuine calf leather strap with rolled edges, drawn from RAYMOND WEIL’s design heritage. A new tongue buckle, shaped to mirror the case, ensures seamless integration and elegant wearability.

The aged-silver dial, finished with sunray effect and applied indexes, blends the charm of classic models with modern sophistication. The rounded bezel and bassine case enhance the watch’s refined silhouette and character.

At its heart is a manually wound mechanical movement, visible through a sapphire case back. Inspired by 1970s design, it features finely crafted bridges and blue screws—a subtle tribute to traditional Swiss watchmaking.
