Power reserve: 36 h, 21600 vph
Original gold dial, hand painted “Grand Feu”enamel “miniature”, inspired by “Brigand's wife watching over the rest of her husband”, on display at the Museum of Fine Arts in La Chaux-de-Fonds (Léopold Robert, oil on canvas, Rome 1827). Deposit from Foundation Gottfried Keller, 1964.
Rare historic, original, visible, mechanical automatic “five levels” “Robert calibre” movement, produced at the Fontainemelon manufacture, during the years 1960-1970, which has been dismantled, checked, decorated, and tested in 2011. This movement features 24 jewels, 21,600 vibrations per hour, and comes from the world's oldest manufacturer of movements, whose past name was “Robert et Cie.” In the grand tradition of “anchor escapement” timekeeping, this calibre is hand-decorated and has a 22K rose gold, hand-engraved oscillating weight.
