Description

The P1 Perseverance Silver Obsidian is part of the Stone Dial Editions 2026. Each year, Pragma devotes a capsule to a single artisanal craft; for 2026, the natural stone dial takes centre stage. Silvered obsidian forms the dial itself. The hour markers are engraved directly into the stone, and each dial reveals a unique natural structure.

The 39 mm Solar Stainless Steel case houses the self-winding Pragma 1031-1 calibre, a chronometer certified to ISO 3159. Its bridges, mainplate and almost the entire rotor are made of recycled Grade 5 titanium. True to the distinctive architecture of the P1 collection, the watch features dedicated counters for the date and the small seconds, while the steel hands are entirely finished by hand.

Sustainability

The P1 Persévérance Obsidienne Argentée, like every model in the P1 collection, reflects the sustainability and traceability approach developed by Pragma. Its case is made of Solar Stainless Steel supplied by Panatere, a recycled steel melted using solar energy, with a carbon footprint markedly lower than that of conventional steel. The Pragma 1031-1 calibre carries this same logic into the mechanics: its bridges, mainplate and almost the entire rotor are made of fully recycled Grade 5 titanium. This commitment extends beyond the choice of materials. The watch relies on a local and transparent supply chain, drawing mainly on specialised Swiss partners. Each component is the subject of documented traceability, so that its origin and impact are better understood.
