LE TEMPS RETROUVÉ
A living horological sculpture, without hands, without numerals, without dial.
What if time was no longer read… but felt?
- Reading the hours: Two rosettes, each composed of 6 petals, slowly unfold at the temples, with each petal marking an hour. They gradually open during the first half of the day, before closing again in unison to begin a new 12-hour cycle.
- Reading the minutes: The pupil indicates the minutes, as the eyes complete a full clockwise rotation every hour.
- Reading the seconds: The seconds are not read, but rather heard, beating to the rhythm of the balance wheel.
A ONE-OF-A-KIND MARBLE CERAMIC CREATION WITH SUBTLE FRAGRANCE NOTES
Le Temps Retrouvé is a unique creation in every edition.
The face is molded in a groundbreaking ceramic of marble allowing for walls thinner than one centimeter, a necessary condition to house the movement.
An exclusive fragrance, conceived with a Parisian perfumer, is released in sync with the mechanical breath, offering a subtle olfactory experience.
4 YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT AND 3000 HOURS OF CRAFTSMANSHIP FOR A BESPOKE CALIBRE
95% of its 2050 components are handcrafted for this specific creation to follow the curves of the face.
The calibre, inspired by Parisian pendulettes, has been completely reengineered. It offers an 8-day power reserve, made possible by an optimized differential screw system, ensuring uninterrupted precision and fluidity.
Its development extended over more than four years and required more than 3,000 hours of design, prototyping, decoration, assembly, and adjustment.
