Combining the expertise of Piaget Haute Horlogerie and High Jewelry, the Altiplano gem-set skeleton automatic watch dazzles with its 1200D movement, with fully gem-set bottom plate and working parts. The Manufacture Piaget is one of the very few to master such savoir-faire, coupled with a double record for watch thinness: 3.00 mm for the movement and 6.00 mm for the case. Gem-setting the bottom plate also requires that the working parts be paved.
 
A prowess that combines watchmaking and jewelry, and requires over four days of work for a single movement. Piaget has elevated its art to the point of concealing the feet of the screws under black sapphires cabochons. Delicately gem-set between the mainplate, bezel, the sapphire case back and bracelet buckle, 360 brilliant-cut diamonds superbly enhance the precious composition of this luxury watch. This masterpiece is available only in Piaget boutiques.
