Alpine Eagle Cadence 8HF
Power reserve: 60 h, 57600 vph
Silicium escapement
Inspired by a historical Chopard model reinterpreted by three generations of men from the Scheufele family, the Alpine Eagle collection has been constantly enriched since its launch by new innovations.
An eagle eye and high-frequency watchmaking. The comfort of titanium and the strength of an elegant chronometer. Chopard combines precision, style and sportiness in the new Alpine Eagle Cadence 8 HF model. Produced as a limited edition of just 250 timepieces, this exceptional 41 mm-diameter timepiece houses one of the most advanced movements from Chopard’s workshops. Indeed, the Chopard Calibre 01.12-C featuring a high-frequency escapement reaches its cruising altitude at 57,600 vibrations per hour (8 Hz). Its 60-hour power reserve is a remarkable degree of autonomy generally incompatible with high frequencies.
In 2013, Chopard embarked on a Journey to Sustainable Luxury, a long-term commitment which aims to protect and preserve the Earth from which we source our raw materials as well as the people involved in our supply chain.
The Lucent Steel A223 has been developed by Chopard and its European suppliers, and undeniably reduces the carbon footprint of the production. It is composed by 70% of recycled stainless steel and 30% mined through. Moreover, Chopard recycles 100% steel production wastes.
