29.53-Day Precision Moon Phase Watch
Power reserve: 80 h, 28800 vph
The design inspiration for the AGELOCER Astronomer Series wristwatch draws from the natural phenomena of the sun, moon, and stars, precisely expressing the waxing and waning of the moon phase through a mechanical timepiece, aiming to create a mechanical wristwatch that combines accurate timekeeping with artistic collectible value.
The dial features a groundbreaking 28.5mm large moon phase window, with the moon’s surface remodeled and meticulously crafted using metal engraving techniques to authentically replicate lunar topography. Platinum plating and super-luminous coating enhance the moon phase display, making it clearer and more three-dimensional. By optimizing gear counts and fine-tuning drive speed, AGELOCER achieves a moon phase cycle accuracy of 29.53125 days, with a cumulative error of just one day over 122.5 years, 46 times more precise than traditional moon phase watches. The strap, made of suede alligator leather, complements the dial’s design with its texture, further elevating the watch’s overall sophistication. Raised metal relief markers and text are adorned with brushed finishing, while the moon phase window’s edges undergo guilloché chamfering and polishing, showcasing refined and tactile details. The wristwatch is powered by an 80-hour long-power-reserve automatic mechanical movement, ensuring precise timekeeping during extended wear.
