42mm white gold case set with 74 baguette-cut blue sapphires (~4.08 cts) and 114 diamonds (~3.10 cts). Crown set with diamond (~0.10 cts). Gold dial with Aventurine centre, Great Bear constellation set with 55 diamonds (~0.10 cts) and 139 blue sapphires (~0.50 cts). Tourbillon mechanical movement set with 21 diamonds (~0.15 cts). Nubuck strap equipped with white gold deploying buckle set with 24 diamonds (~0.58 cts).
